All orders are shipped from South Korea. We use EMS (Express Mail Service) / K-pack
We will be closed on weekends and holidays, so orders will be sent out as soon as we can, however couriers have increased their delivery timeframes, so delivery times will be delayed over this time and this is out of our control.
If you find your items are defective, please contact the customer service team. But we would like you to kindly understand the slightly damaged box please.

Delivery Times
Express shipping ▶ EMS 3-5 days (working days)
EMS (Express Mail Service) generally takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered, but there can be unexpected delays due to unpredictable weather conditions or COVID-19.
Free standard shipping ▶ e parcel Korea 10-14 days (working days)
iHEAL is not responsible for shiping delays caused by third-party companies such as USPS, local delivery companies.
Delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control. + special circumstances (weather etc.)

Delivery cost
Free standard shipping is available for some countries.
EMS (Express Mail Service) is available -5$(US) (There are exceptions for some countries.)
Proper delivery cost will be calculated in the checkout.
Please note that some remote areas can cost extra shipping fees. (in this case, we will contact you directly.)
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the delivery courier below.
FAILED DELIVERIES
We deliver to the delivery address provided. If packages are unavailable for any reason, including customer's refusal to pay duties, iHEAL is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.
Our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For any orders outside of South Korea, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. GOOSEKET is not responsible for custom duty charges.
